Experience engine was appointed by Hyundai following a five-way pitch for the web site maintenance contract. The contract required that the winning company had the technical knowledge to run all aspects of the site, from simple copy change outs, to adding in new sections to the site as new models were launched to regularly updating dealership information, and dealing with Hyundai’s other technical partners.
The contract required that a service level agreement be put in place to ensure all aspects of the maintenance work were carried out to an agreed performance level.
To date, experience engine has exceeded its targets and refined the efficiency of all aspects of maintaining the web site. Significant updates have included re-designing the homepage, adding a new five-year warranty section and developing an auto-address completion system for all forms on the web site to assist Hyundai’s ongoing CRM activities.
