Nextrole is the permanent recruitment arm of the Xchangeteam group. The company operates in the communications and marketing sectors and provides staff from junior executive up to board director level.
One of Nextrole’s main business objectives is to constantly attract the best candidates for the roles that they need to fill for their clients. This process begins with the Registration forms.
Nextrole recognised that filling in Registration forms was seen as a tedious, albeit necessary, part of the application process. As well as not being the most popular activity with their candidates, the Registration process also caused headaches for Nextrole in terms of their administrative overhead.
We proposed an online registration system that would address both of these major concerns. From the candidates point of view an online process could be tackled at any time of day, and could be split up, letting them take time to think about the questions asked, rather than filling in a form all at once. From Nextrole’s point of view, the information given could be entered directly into their database, significantly reducing the administration required for candidates.
