At the hub of experience engine is a team of core skills personnel comprising of consultants, project managers and lead design and development personnel.

However, as each and every interactive project demands different skills and talents, we also employ a wider virtual team of freelance personnel and trusted partner companies, which we can tailor to provide bespoke teams on a project-by-project basis.

This combination of dedicated staff and best-of-breed virtual employees allows us to ensure quality, consistency and accountability, whilst at the same time maintaining optimum efficiency as we only use niche skills and specialist personnel when we need them. This saving in our overhead also benefits our clients in the form of lower fees.

Tony Runeckles, Director, Marketing Consultancy

A founding director of the company, Tony has over 12 years client service and marketing experience having worked within advertising, public relations and web communications agencies. His previous experience spans print and television advertising for clients including Novartis and KLM, managing interactive projects for Kimberly Clark and First Choice Holidays and development of an e-commerce web site for dot com haute-couture start-up Net-A-Porter. Prior to starting experience engine, Tony was responsible for managing the development of the Virgin VShop kiosks, which won awards at both the Retail Week Awards 2001 and the European Retail Solutions Awards 2001.

Martin Senior, Director, Technical Consultancy

With over 14 years experience within the IT and software development industries, Martin brings with him an outstanding depth and breadth of knowledge. Before founding experience engine, Martin worked on technology projects with the Highways Agency and Jaguar Cars. He then moved to The Marketing Store Interactive where he was responsible for developing Milia award winning web sites for Disney Interactive. He has also worked on projects for clients including Cisco Systems, Carlton Media and Carling. He has also provided consultancy for clients including Terrence Chapman Group and Xchangeteam, who’s web site was highly commended in the New Media Age Effectiveness Awards 2001.

Gary Hughes, Creative

As well as being an accomplished illustrator and musician, Gary has over nine years creative design experience gained with clients that include Glaxo, Loreal, Pearson Media, BZW, Addis and Boots. Having moved from traditional print into digital design he now provides experience engine with formidable creative leadership. Our creative services include interactive design, copywriting, animation, illustration, sound design, video and print design.
