Hallidays tasked us with developing a brand name and designing a brochure for an innovative product that they had conceived aimed at providing a ‘one-stop-shop’ of services for professional landlords.

Having considered the features and benefits of the product, our strategic and creative teams brainstormed a number of candidate brand names. We then developed a shortlist of names that were presented to the client.

Working together, we selected the Landsman name, which then informed the design theme of the brochure.

Once established, the creative design style was also utilised online for the company web site, providing the client with a strong, consistent brand that would be recognisable by their customers in whichever communications channel the company used.

The Landsman brochure has been very well received by our clients. It provides a very strong visual identity which has helped to sell the concept and product. In addition the web site perfectly compliments our other corporate materials, providing us with a strong, professional image.
