UHY Recruitment Web Site
Having worked with UHY Hacker Young for a number of years on their corporate web site and with the wider group, we were asked to develop an online graduate recruitment service.
We suggested that this should be presented as a self-contained web site as the audience and the messages that we wished to convey were significantly different to the audience for their corporate site.
We developed a fresh, contemporary design for the site which combined with ‘day in the life’ profiles of real graduates.
This focus on individuals allowed us to communicate with the target audience with a ‘voice’ that would not compromise the corporate voice of the parent site, better connecting with a younger audience and helping to present UHY Hacker Young as a great place to pursue an accountancy career.
The site allows graduates to complete their application form in stages online at any time of the day. Once completed, the form is error checked and sent directly to the HR database, significantly reducing the administrative overhead for the personnel department.

The web site has been extremely successful, with applications for graduate vacancies across the group being significantly over subscribed, allowing UHY to compete for the best new accountancy talent.
