Deploying
Once the interactive product is complete, we initiate the deployment process. This process is subject to strict quality assurance. As well as a defined process, we operate stringent version control and technical and user testing to ensure that the product leaves our development server and arrives at our clients’ live server effectively.
Once delivered, a 30-day warranty period exists during the soft launch period where we undertake to fix any initial ‘bedding-in’ problems that can occur. During this period, training and further end-user testing can also be carried out.
Once we are satisfied with the end product, we shift the deployment to a hard launch where we can execute launch marketing and begin to exploit the end product.
