Ajay’s experience spans over 25 years in the Travel and Tourism Sector with various roles including Sales Director for UK & Europe of Harlequin Hotels & Resorts, 20 years at one of the UK's leading Tour Operators in various sales, product and commercial Director roles and experience based working in the Middle East as Sales Director for the UK, European and South Asian Markets.

Responsible for managing client relationships, marketing consultancy and business development. With over 14 years experience in the web and interactive industry, his previous experience includes managing the launch of net-a-porter.com and developing e-commerce kiosks for Virgin V-Shop. Tony has also worked with clients including Cisco, First Choice, Kimberly Clark, McDonalds and Virgin Mobile.

Responsible for systems development and integration. He has developed systems to integrate third party distribution channels and product fees for a number of travel industry players including LastMinute.com, Cheap Flights, Teletext & Travel Zoo and has played a key role in various systems integration projects.

Responsible for development and integration, with a particular emphasis on the presentation layer, user interface design and content.

Responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the office, accounts management and credit control. Most recently having worked for Herts County Council's Duke of Edinburgh Awards department, she has a wealth of experience gained in both private and public sector organisations.

Colin is Managing Director of Resort Marketing International, responsible for driving the sales and marketing activities. Colin is also the Sales & Marketing Director Europe for Driftwood Hospitality Management LLC and a Fellow of the Institute of Travel & Tourism. He helped develop the first private label on line booking engine for hotel groups including Britannia, LTH, Motel 6, Grand Heritage International and developed ACCOR Groups' first ever on line booking system.
